Because many of our products are collectible, sensory, and squishy items, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or accidental purchases
• Disliking the color, texture, firmness, scent, or style of an item
• Minor cosmetic differences in packaging
• Normal variations between individual squishies
• Items that have been opened, used, stretched, squeezed, damaged, or removed from their original packaging
